We process payroll every other week. Please ensure that your complete and accurate timecards are submitted by dropping them in the black drop box by the office on the Monday of each pay week. Alternatively, you can email, message, or WhatsApp your timecard to the office administrator. If you choose to submit electronically, please let the office administrator know beforehand.
Your timecard should cover the previous two weeks of work and include the following for each day:
Date
Job site
Duration at each site
Paychecks will be ready for pick-up on Fridays at 3:30 PM or after your workday ends. For employees using direct deposit, pay stubs will be emailed Friday morning via our payroll system, Gusto, and funds will be deposited by the end of the business day.
Please note: Payments for direct deposit recipients may be delayed on national holidays. If you prefer to receive a check, please request this from the office administrator when you submit your timecard.
Before you can sign in to Gusto—a company admin must set up a profile for you. Please let the office administrator know which email you would like to use. They enter the email you’ll use to sign in. If you didn’t get the welcome email from Gusto, they might be able to send it again.
